Our goal was to improve the self-serve experience among our customers, and in return reduce the number of support tickets they send. As the lead designer, I dug into ticket reports, moderated an internal stakeholder workshop, and conducted usability tests to validate our assumptions.

This case study covers the product's complete journey, from strategizing vision to designing an MVP experience, which went live in 2024. Designed a B2B Saas analytics web application from the ground up, involved in product strategy, research, design, and user testing. Insights centralizes product suite data to easily see health and trends, and aids in data-driven decisions.

We found that the existing public calendar page had low usage, especially compared to other public pages on the Pushpay site. This also was a legacy page built over 20 years prior, and a redesign was needed to ensure consistent design standards throughout the product.
